Here’s what to expect:

1.  Consultation with Our Senior Manager – We’ll discuss your property, goals, and expectations.

2.  Property Walkthrough – We’ll visit your rental, assess its condition, and discuss any recommended improvements or repairs.

3.  Final Meeting & Partnership Agreement – If we’re the right fit for each other, we’ll go over any final questions and finalize the contract.

4. Our Onboarding Coordinator will reach out to collect HOA documents, help you complete tax forms and other.
